Canada: Standard shipping is $12 (4 to 8 business days) and free on orders of $150 or more. Express shipping (2 to 5 business days) is $15. Tracking number provided.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in this system?

The 32-channel recorder with 8TB of storage, the number of cameras you select, plus the AEX16 16-port PoE+ switch, and the mounting hardware and cable glands for each camera. See What’s Included above for the full list.

Are network cables included?

No. Network (Ethernet) cable is not included. Each PoE camera needs one network cable run back to the recorder or PoE switch, so plan your cable lengths before ordering.

Is storage included?

Yes. It includes 8TB of storage and has two SATA bays, so you can expand storage up to 48TB.

Are there any monthly fees?

No. There are no monthly fees or subscriptions. Footage is stored locally on the recorder.

How are the cameras powered?

The recorder has 16 built-in PoE ports (240 W max total output), and the included AEX16 16-port PoE+ switch powers the other 16 cameras, so a single network cable carries both power and video to each camera. Please check each camera’s power requirements before installing.

Can I add more cameras later?

Yes. The recorder supports up to 32 cameras in total. You can add any Lorex X Series PoE camera, see Expand Your System above.

How does the Extended Warranty work?

Choose the 1-Year or 2-Year Extended Warranty option on this page to extend your coverage to 2 or 3 years total, counted from your date of purchase. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and we will guide you to the right Lorex support team. Claims are subject to eligibility and the Lorex warranty terms and conditions.

Is installation included?

No. Installation is not included and we do not offer installation services. The recorder ships with an HDMI cable, power cable, mouse and mounting brackets, the PoE switch ships with rack mount brackets, and each camera ships with its own mounting hardware.
