- Canada: Standard shipping is $12 (4 to 8 business days) and free on orders of $150 or more. Express shipping (2 to 5 business days) is $15. Tracking number provided.

Is the network cable included?
No. The camera ships with mounting hardware and a cable gland, but network cable is not included.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. Lorex X Series cameras have no monthly fees. Footage is stored locally on your recorder.
Which recorder does it work with, and how is it powered?
It works with Lorex XC 4K NVRs. It is a PoE camera, so a single network cable carries both power and video when connected to a PoE port, such as the built-in PoE ports on a Lorex XC NVR.
How does the Extended Warranty work?
Choose the 1-Year or 2-Year Extended Warranty option on this page to extend your coverage to 2 or 3 years total, counted from your date of purchase. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and we will guide you to the right Lorex support team. Claims are subject to eligibility and the Lorex warranty terms and conditions.
Is installation included?
No. Installation is not included and we do not offer installation services. The camera ships with mounting hardware.
