- Canada: Standard shipping is $12 (4 to 8 business days) and free on orders of $150 or more. Express shipping (2 to 5 business days) is $15. Tracking number provided.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the network cable included?
No. The camera ships with mounting hardware and a weather-resistant RJ45 cable gland, but network cable is not included, so plan your cable length before ordering.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. Lorex V Series cameras have no monthly fees. Footage is stored locally on your recorder.
Which recorder does it work with, and how is it powered?
It is designed for select Lorex NVRs. License Plate Recognition is available with the Lorex VF 4K 16-Channel NVR. Compatibility varies by recorder model, so contact us before ordering if you are not sure. It is a PoE camera (802.3af), so a single network cable carries both power and video when connected to a PoE port. It can also be powered with a 12 V DC adapter (not included).
Can it record without a recorder?
Yes. A microSD card (up to 256GB, not included) can be inserted for independent recording. That footage is viewed through a web browser and does not upload to a recorder or to the cloud for mobile app viewing.
How does the Extended Warranty work?
Choose the 1-Year or 2-Year Extended Warranty option on this page to extend your coverage to 2 or 3 years total, counted from your date of purchase. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and we will guide you to the right Lorex support team. Claims are subject to eligibility and the Lorex warranty terms and conditions.
Is installation included?
No. Installation is not included and we do not offer installation services. The camera ships with mounting hardware.
