- Canada: Standard shipping is $12 (4 to 8 business days) and free on orders of $150 or more. Express shipping (2 to 5 business days) is $15. Tracking number provided.

Are cameras included?
No. This is a recorder only. Cameras are sold separately.
Is storage included?
Yes. It includes 2TB of storage and has two SATA bays, so you can expand storage up to 10TB per bay.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. There are no monthly fees or subscriptions. Footage is stored locally on the recorder.
Which cameras work with it?
It records up to 16 compatible IP cameras from 1MP up to 8MP (4K). Compatibility varies by camera model, so contact us before ordering if you are not sure. Lorex V7 cameras support License Plate Recognition with this recorder.
How do I power my cameras?
The recorder has 16 built-in PoE ports (180 W max total output, shared across all connected cameras, 25.5 W max per port), so a single network cable can carry both power and video to each PoE camera. Network cable for the camera runs is not included. Please check each camera’s power requirements before installing.
How does the Extended Warranty work?
Choose the 1-Year or 2-Year Extended Warranty option on this page to extend your coverage to 2 or 3 years total, counted from your date of purchase. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and we will guide you to the right Lorex support team. Claims are subject to eligibility and the Lorex warranty terms and conditions.
Is installation included?
No. Installation is not included and we do not offer installation services. The recorder ships with a network cable, HDMI cable, USB mouse and power adapter.
