- No tax added: no tax is added at checkout, so the price you see on the product is the price you pay.
- Canada: Standard shipping is $12 (4 to 8 business days) and free on orders of $150 or more. Express shipping (2 to 5 business days) is $15. Tracking number provided.
- United States: Standard International shipping is $15 CAD and free on orders of $150 or more. Express International shipping is $25 CAD. Tracking number provided.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are cameras included?
No. This is a recorder only. Cameras are sold separately, or you can choose one of our ready-made V Series systems that include cameras.
Is storage included?
Yes. It includes 1TB of storage and has one SATA bay, so you can expand storage up to 10TB.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. There are no monthly fees or subscriptions. Footage is stored locally on the recorder.
How do I power my cameras?
The recorder has 8 built-in PoE ports (57 W max total output, shared across all connected cameras), so a single network cable can carry both power and video to each PoE camera. Network cable for the camera runs is not included. Please check each camera’s power requirements before installing.
How does the Extended Warranty work?
Choose the 1-Year or 2-Year Extended Warranty option on this page to extend your coverage to 2 or 3 years total, counted from your date of purchase. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and we will guide you to the right Lorex support team. Claims are subject to eligibility and the Lorex warranty terms and conditions.
Is installation included?
No. Installation is not included and we do not offer installation services. The recorder ships with a network cable, HDMI cable, USB mouse and power adapter.
