- Canada: Standard shipping is $12 (4 to 8 business days) and free on orders of $150 or more. Express shipping (2 to 5 business days) is $15. Tracking number provided.

What is included in this system?
The 8-channel recorder with 1TB of storage, the number of cameras you select, and the mounting hardware and weather-resistant cap for each camera. See What’s Included above for the full list.
Are network cables included?
Only one network cable (with the recorder) is included. Each PoE camera needs its own network cable run back to the recorder, so plan your cable lengths and buy cable separately before ordering.
Is storage included?
Yes. It includes 1TB of storage and has one SATA bay, so you can expand storage up to 10TB.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. There are no monthly fees or subscriptions. Footage is stored locally on the recorder.
How are the cameras powered?
The recorder has 8 built-in PoE ports (57 W max total output, shared across all connected cameras), so a single network cable carries both power and video to each camera. Please check each camera’s power requirements before installing.
Can I add more cameras later?
Yes. The recorder supports up to 8 cameras in total. You can add any compatible Lorex V Series PoE camera, see Expand Your System above.
How does the Extended Warranty work?
Choose the 1-Year or 2-Year Extended Warranty option on this page to extend your coverage to 2 or 3 years total, counted from your date of purchase. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and we will guide you to the right Lorex support team. Claims are subject to eligibility and the Lorex warranty terms and conditions.
Is installation included?
No. Installation is not included and we do not offer installation services. The recorder ships with a network cable, HDMI cable, USB mouse and power adapter, and each camera ships with its own mounting hardware.
