How is the gift card delivered?
By email. Enter the address it should go to, add an optional message and, if you like, choose the date it is sent. If you leave the date blank, it is sent after checkout.
Can I buy it for someone else?
Yes. At “Send to”, choose “Recipient’s email” and enter their details. Choose “My email” if you would rather forward it yourself.
Where can it be used?
At thegalaxystore.ca. The recipient enters the gift card code at checkout and picks any Lorex product, from doorbell cameras to complete camera systems.
Is anything shipped?
No. The gift card is digital, so there is no shipping charge on it. Any products the recipient buys with it ship under our standard shipping policy.
What currency are the amounts in?
All gift card amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
