Lorex products include Lorex’s standard 1-year limited warranty, valid from your date of purchase. Some exceptions apply. See the Lorex warranty terms for details.
Extended Warranty
Where offered on a product page, you can choose an Extended Warranty option when you order:

Coverage for every option runs from your date of purchase. Extended coverage follows the same terms as the Lorex limited warranty. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- We will guide you to the right Lorex support team.
- The Lorex support team will handle your claim.
